After activation, 488 will hear all the commotion and notice a criminal with cash in his hand. So he does the right thing and pins the criminal down. So impressed by his actions, the police and animal control, he joined animal control to take care of wild animals that are terrorising people's homes and taking them to a refuge or kennel.
